Department of Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration offers three distinct programs to support students in their efforts to develop the knowledge, skills, and values needed to achieve their career aspirations. The department faculty continually review curriculum and course content to ensure that both are in line with the dynamic world of business. The Business Administration degree is designed for traditional age students, and provides a solid foundation in the basic building blocks of a business education with the ability to choose one of four areas of concentration – Management, Marketing, Finance, or Entrepreneurial Leadership. The degree in in Business Management is tailored to the needs of working adults focused on developing their career in management. The Master of Management program is designed for recent college graduations focused on accelerating their professional development, and includes a full-time internship in the field of their career aspiration.

The faculty of the business department bring a wide range of experiences to enrich and make their courses relevant to contemporary business.  Faculty offices are located in Day Hall and are adjacent to the classrooms used by the program, fostering extensive out-of-class interaction with students.
