Alpha Sigma Lambda is a national honor society which recognizes the special achievements of adults who accomplish academic excellence while facing competing interests of home and work. The Mu Kappa Lambda chapter was formed in the 2002-03 academic year to recognize students in Mars Hill University’s Adult and Graduate Studies program who meet the scholarship and leadership standards. Members are selected from the highest ten percent of the class and must have a minimum grade point index of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.
