Homecoming

Alumni Marching Band Performance

What would the Homecoming football game be without the halftime marching band performance—including MHU band alumni? Here’s how to be part of this year’s alumni band, both for the halftime performance and during the game:

Mars Hill College/University Band Alumni:

One of the most important aspects of any university is its history and connection with the alumni. As the new Director of Bands, one of my missions is to reconnect with our graduates to enhance the legacy of the group. Mars Hill University already has a very rich history of molding some of the finest band directors and visionaries of our field, and I would like to be able to continue that legacy and draw upon it to create a bright future for the band program at Mars Hill University.

As we honor you and what you have done to build this legacy, we invite you to join us for the 2024 MHU Homecoming Celebration. We want to recognize what you have done for the program and invite you to be our guests for the game on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

As part of the festivities, you’re welcome to march in with the band and join the band in the stands at Meares Stadium. We hope you’ll also join us for on the field at halftime. The MLMB will perform a portion of our halftime show, then join us on the field to perform the final selection and the MHU Fight Song.

To reserve your spot and so that we can plan on your participation, please complete this form to reserve your spot and FREE admission to the game.
