MHU collecting alumni memories at Homecoming

Mars Hill University faculty, staff, and students are working hard to collect memories from Mars Hill alumni in an effort to preserve a more in depth version of the school’s history. Representatives of Mars Hill University’s Southern Appalachian Archives will be set up on the quad during this year’s homecoming festivities to record your favorite memories or stories from your time at Mars Hill from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. We hope that you will find time to stop by and share your recollections with us.

Here are a few of the questions we would like to explore:

-Please describe some of your favorite memories from your time on campus.

-Please share with you some of your favorite stories from your time at Mars Hill.
– What advice would you have for current and future students?
-What does being a son or daughter of Mars Hill mean to you?

By collecting the memories of our alumni, we hope to create a more complete history of Mars Hill University and better understand what makes this place so special. With your permission, these memories will be housed in our university archives and might be used to create future historical programing related to the university. If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to contact Patrick Cash, MHC Class of 2011, at
