Lions Athletic Club

Mars Hill University is a special place for many reasons. It is with great pride that the coaches and their student-athletes travel all over the country and sometimes the world representing the Blue and Gold. These student-athletes come to Mars Hill University to receive an education, and while doing so also represent MHU through their respective teams, working many hours before and after classes to compete at the highest level possible. For some students, the athletics scholarship they receive is the reason they are able to attend the university.

It is with this hard work and commitment in mind that we are proud to announce a new organization which will support our coaches, student-athletes and athletic department overall. The Lions Athletic Club is the fundraising arm within the Mars Hill University Athletics Department, responsible for providing financial support to over 480 student-athletes and enhancing the overall athletics experience for all students and fans. Gifts to this organization will provide scholarships, assist with building and maintaining athletic facilities as well as operational needs within athletics as a whole.

The Lions Athletic Club will be the lifeblood of the athletics department. Your support may be directed to a specific team, project, or scholarship fund, and 100% of your gift will be given to Mars Hill University Athletics. Regardless of the size, all gifts are important and integral to the success of MHU Athletics.

Great things are happening on the Hill. We are proud of the success we have had and eager to provide the support our student-athletes need to continue to compete at the highest level possible on the field and in the classroom.
