Delta Kappa Theta (a service based, social organization) is one of the oldest organizations at Mars Hill University. The fraternity’s history reaches back to 1973, when the Delta Theta chapter of Pi Kappa Phi was chartered on campus. In 1979, the brothers made the transition from Pi Kappa Phi to Delta Kappa Theta. The brothers of Delta Kappa Theta continue to uphold the traditions of the fraternity and Mars Hill. The fraternity purpose is 1) to provide opportunity for meaningful service to the community, 2) to enrich the social life of its members and the college community and 3) to promote brotherhood.
