Planning:

1. There is no fee to audition.
2. The fee for students who make the festival choir is $30.00 (due January 15, 2025).
3. The fee for directors who have students in the festival choir is $25.00 (due January 15, 2025).
4. T-shirts (optional) are available for purchase at $20.00 each (due January 15, 2025).
5. All music is the responsibility of the individual school/student. Music is not provided by the festival.
6. All travel, meals, and lodging (with the exception of Saturday lunch) are the responsibility of the individual school/student. All students must be supervised by their teacher or school designee.
7. Teachers are expected to attend the auditions in October and to attend and assist with the zone rehearsals in January/February. If a teacher cannot meet these obligations a school designee must replace them.
