Email from Karla Chandler, Textbook Manager to students regarding textbook returns:
As we approach the end of this unforgettable spring semester 2020, I know you are wondering about options for returning your textbooks. This coming week, many of you will be here on campus to clean out your dorm rooms and while on campus you will have the opportunity to leave all of your textbook material for return processing, whether it be MBS material or campus owned. Bags will be available in the mailroom along with write-on labels. Simply put all of your items in the drawstring bag and place a label with your name, phone #, student ID#, and quantity of books in the bag. Please remember, this label is very important!! It allows us to make sure we credit the correct return account! Also, please make sure you close the back tightly! We will collect the bags at a later time for processing.
If you have already checked out or won’t be here this weekend, please return your books obtained through BNC (Barnes & Noble College, formerly MBS Direct), through this link: https://bncvirtual.com/vb_account.php?FVCUSNO=37927 (if you don’t remember your password, just click on the <forgot password> link). From there, go to Your Account, and under Your Rentals, click on Rental Returns. This will take you through a 4-step process of confirming the rental returns, verifying your address, finalizing your return, and then printing out your shipping materials.
Please feel free to email me at kchandler@mhu.edu if you have any questions.
