Lunsford Festival Canceled

From the Ramsey Center:

We were extremely fortunate here in Mars Hill during the recent storm: Our students are safe and well-fed; we have power, water, and Internet; and our town infrastructure is all in place. However, our wider region is facing an array of huge challenges right now. For that reason, we feel that it is necessary to cancel this year’s Lunsford Festival, which was scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, October 4 and 5. Now is the time for us to check on our neighbors, help our communities, and keep the roadways clear of traffic. We will be updating our Facebook page with ways to donate to various relief efforts.
