Payton Allen joined the Mars Hill University advancement and alumni relations staff as gifts officer for athletics in August 2024. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in organizational management and a sports analytics certificate. Payton completed an internship with the Asheville Tourists and worked for the NFL as a film review analyst while completing his degree.

Payton is an accomplished young professional with a proven passion for sports and philanthropy. Payton will be leading our efforts to build meaningful relationships with donors, secure major gifts and direct the Lion’s Athletic Club, ensuring the continued success of our athletics programs.
