Roderica Williams is MHU’s associate vice president for student success and director of Student Support Services (SSS). Along with a great team equally dedicated to serving Mars Hill students, the SSS staff works to improve retention and graduation success at MHU. Roderica has directed other SSS programs and understands the unique challenges many students face when pursuing postsecondary education. Roderica considers herself a life-long learner, scholar, and educator.
